Add or Modify as many Bid Items needed for your Change Order

The Change Order section allows you to Modify Bid Items in your project's bid tab as well as add Items to the Original Bid Tab. The dollar amount total of all new items added will display as your project's Adjusted Contract Total.

How to Add Bid Items to the Change Order

Navigate to your project's Change Order page and select the Change Order.

Locate the Bid Items section in your Change Order Draft.

Select the Add New Bid Item button.

From the side blade widget, enter the following information:

  • Reference Number

  • Specification Number

  • Item Description

  • Unit of Measure

  • Quantity

  • Unit Price

Select the Save button.

The new bid item will now display in the grid. Add as many New Items needed for your Change Order Draft.


How to Modify Bid Items in the Change Order

Navigate to your project's Change Order page and select the Change Order.

Locate the Bid Items section in your Change Order Draft.

Select the Modify Bid Item button.

From the side blade widget select the Bid Item needed to modify.

Enter the New Quantity and the New Unit Price.

Select the Save button.

The Modified Bid Item will now display in the Bid Items grid of the Change Order.

You can modify as many items needed for the Change Order.
