Export Individual or Multiple Change Orders to PDF in Pegasus

Whether your Change Order is in a Draft or Approved state you can export it as a PDF at any time. This article will cover how to export an individual Change Order as well as multiple Change Orders:


Exporting an Individual Change Order

You can Export an Individual Change Order several ways:

  1. Navigate to the Change Orders page of your project and select the Payment record you would like to export. Select the Print button from the side blade widget.

2. You can also print a Change Order after you Open the record from the side blade widget. Select the Print button located in the Details section of your Payment.

After selecting the Print button, a side blade widget will appear with Export options (see image below). You can choose whether to export with or without Attachments; you can also export as a PDF or email to a recipient as a PDF.


Exporting Multiple Change Orders

To export multiple Change Orders created in Pegasus, navigate to your project's Change Orders page.

Select the Export button. You can also use the Filter button to narrow the Payments grid results. The Export button will export all Change Order records displayed in the grid.

After selecting the Export button, a side blade widget will appear with Export options (see image below). You can choose whether to export with or without Attachments; you can also export as a PDF or email to a recipient as a PDF.
