Creating Change Orders in Pegasus

How to Create a Change Order:

Navigate to your project's Change Order page.

Select the +Create button.

From the side blade widget enter the Change Order:

  • Type (list options can be modified in the Admin Console)

  • Reason (list options can be modified in the Admin Console)

  • Effective Date

  • Contract Duration Days (days added or subtracted)

  • Whether it is a Claim or not

Select the Save button.

Your Change Order Draft record will now display in the Change Order grid.

Select the Change Order record to Open and continue updating with additional information.

Once you Open the Change Order record created you can view the Change Order Details from the Details section. You can also Approve, Print, Add Signatures, and Edit the information displayed.
