How to View Different Versions of a Field Report

View different versions of a single report to see what information has changed

Updated over 2 years ago

Let's recap how versioning works in Pegasus:

  • A version of your report is saved when Submitted for Review

  • A version of your report is also saved when that Submitted Report is Approved, so every Approved Report should have at least two versions: a Submitted copy and Approved copy

  • If a Submitted Report is Rejected and Re-submitted, another version is saved

  • If a Report is Un-Approved and then Re-Approved, another version is saved

How to View Field Report Versions

Navigate to the Field Reports page and select a specific Field Report in the grid.

From the side blade widget, select the Version History tab.

Select a Report Version from the drop down menu. In the example below, you'll see a Submitted Version and Approved Version.

After selecting a report version. You can either view the PDF copy of the version selected or email a PDF copy to a recipient.
