Bulk Exporting Field Reports
From the Field Reports grid you can PDF Export multiple reports by using the grid Export button. Exporting from the grid will download all results (or reports) displayed in the grid. If you only want to export certain reports from the grid, then it's a good idea to Filter your results first.
When ready to Export your Field Reports, select the Export button located at the top of the grid.
Select whether you would like to export the report(s) only or include Attachments for each report.
Choose whether you would like to Download as PDF to your device or email a download link to recipients (enter email address, if emailing to more than one recipient separate each address with a comma).
Select the checkbox to combine all reports into one PDF file (if left unchecked, each report exported will be its own separate PDF file).
Select the Export button.
Your Field Reports will now begin downloading to your device or sent to email recipients.
Individual Report Exports
Select a single report from the Field Reports grid.
Select the Export button.
Select whether you would like to export the report only or export the report along with its Attachments.
Select Download as PDF or Email To to send an email with a download link to the recipient(s).
The report will begin downloading to your device or sent to an email recipient(s).
