Approving your Prime Contract will set it as live in your Pegasus project. Once Approved, users can begin tracking Pay Items from the Daily Construction Report, creating Payments for the Prime Contract, and view performance analytics and status updates of the Prime Contract.

Select your Draft Prime Contract from the grid.

Select Open.

Select the blue Approve button located at the top of the page.

Congratulations! Your Prime Contract is now Approved and will display as Approved in the Prime Contract grid. You can now begin tracking your project's Prime Contract in Pegasus.
