The Contracts Tab on the Analytics page contains 5 sections (in order from top of page):

The Info Cards section displays infographic cards containing quick contract information including:

  • Contract Amount Paid: The total amount invoiced or payed for you project. This card totals all Payments created in Pegasus against the Total Contract Amount.

  • Amount Installed: The total amount installed card includes all Pay Items totaled from Field Reports and displays the total dollar amount against the Total Contract Amount.

  • Remaining Funds: This card displays the Remaining Funds or Contract Amount (Total Contract Amount - Contract Amount Paid = Remaining Funds).

  • Items Over Budget: Displays the number of pay items exceeding their respective bid amount. Also displays the total dollar amount over bid amount across all surplus items.
