Fast forward to the end of your project. Construction has completed and you need to export everything you've created in Pegasus. Introducing the Project Close-Out Feature.

Export all of your data for your to store locally in your internal filing system from the Project Settings page.

Navigate to the Project Settings page from the project selected in Pegasus.

Under the Data tab in Project Settings select the Generate Project Export button.

You will receive a validation message at the bottom left corner of the screen. The Close-Out Package Export will generate as a background process, you can continue to navigate throughout Pegasus while the download file is being prepared. Depending on the size of the project and the amount of data stored it may take several minutes to finalize.

When ready for Download you will receive an email notification with a Download Link. You can also navigate back to the Project Settings page and select the Download button.
