Contract Dates can be added to the Prime Contract for reference. These dates can be modified at any point, even if the Prime Contract is Approved.
How to Add Contract Dates to the Prime Contract
Locate the Contract Dates section in your Prime Contract.
Select the Edit button.
Each field from the sideblade is optional and can be left blank if the date is unknown. Select a date using the calendar icon for the following:
Start Date
Estimated Completion Date
Substantial Completion Date
Actual Completion Date
Signed Contract Received Date
Issue on Date
Select the Save button.
You have now added Contract Dates to your Prime Contract. You can modify these dates at anytime including after Approving the Prime Contract.
