Overview

Pegasus's powerful Documents feature is a powerful project-level document manager and archiving tool for all of your mission-critical and relevant project documentation. Create folders and upload files field and office staff can access and collaborate on project documents in real-time.

Supported File Formats

Below is a list of supported file formats that can be viewed/modified in Pegasus:

NOTE: Most file formats can be uploaded to the Documents tool and stored in Pegasus. Not all file formats are supported for viewing and/or modification within the Pegasus web application and most be downloaded to the user's device.

Basic Layout & Navigation

  1. File Tree displaying folders for the project document directory as well as the Trash folder for deleted files.

  2. Files contained within selected or current folder. Double click the file row to Open the file.

  3. Preview pane displays a thumbnail preview of the file, and file information such as File Type, Size, and Date Uploaded.

  4. Search Bar to search for specific files within the project file directory across all available folders.

  5. Toolbar for showing/hiding the Preview Pane and switching between table & tile views for files and folders.
