The Weekly Snapshot section provides historical insights into the status of your project's contract for a given week selected. Once a week is selected you can view the Extended Cost for that week, the previous week and the Cost to Date at that point in time.

The Weekly Snapshot will display your original bid tab or contract uploaded for your project and the amount installed for the week selected.

To change the Week selected locate the calendar icon and select a day on the Calendar.

Select the Run button.

The Weekly Snapshot grid will update the totals for that week and give you a breakdown of the quantities installed on a given day that week, the week and to date total for a specific item, and % complete this week as well as to date:

Use the Search bar to search for specific items.

Use the Select Columns drop down to toggle columns on and off that you do not need to view.

Select the Export to Excel button to download an Excel file of the Weekly Snapshot.

You can toggle columns on/off using the Select Columns dropdown menu. Columns turned off will not export to the Excel file.
