Items belonging to a List in Pegasus have two Status options:

When creating a new List entry in Pegasus, the list item will have a Status of Open by default. Open means the list item is not complete, pending completion, etc.

Items with the Completed Status implies that the list item entry has been completed. The completion date will be displayed in the list item.

List items can be modified be anyone with access to the project with Field or Manager permissions.

Permissions and List Items

Users with the Field and Manager permission can create a List item for a project in Pegasus. Field and Manager permission users can also Mark Items Complete from the Lists page.

View permissions can only view list items created.
