There are two ways you can reset your password in Pegasus:
Change Password
You can update or change your password from the My Profile page following these steps:
Navigate to My Profile page.
Select the Settings tab near the top of the page.
Type your new password under the 'New Password' and 'Validate New Password' fields.
NOTE: Passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain at least one uppercase and lowercase letters, and at least one numeric character.
Select the Reset Password button.
You will receive an email confirming your password update. If you did not make this change please contact Pegasus Support at [email protected] immediately.
Reset Your Password
Forgot Password? You can quickly Reset Your Password from the login page.
If you are having trouble logging in or have forgotten your password you can go to the Pegasus log in page.
From there, select the Forgot Password? link.
Enter the email associated with your Pegasus account and select the Send Password Reset Link button.
Click the Reset Password link in the email and enter your new password, click the Reset Password button to finish.
NOTE: Passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain at least one uppercase and lowercase letters, and at least one numeric character.
You will need to login with your new password once completing the password reset or change password process.
