Canned Reports
Overview
Canned Reports allow Pegasus users to quickly generate pre-configured reports using project data already stored in the system. These reports are designed to provide commonly requested information without requiring custom configuration.
Instead of manually exporting and organizing data, Canned Reports generate ready-to-use reports in seconds.
Canned Reports are useful for:
Reviewing project quantities and activity
Monitoring contractor workforce information
Preparing reports for internal review or agency documentation
Sharing standardized project data with stakeholders
Available Canned Reports
Itemized Sheet
The Itemized Sheet report provides a summary of itemized project quantities and associated data.
Typical uses include:
Tracking pay item quantities
Monitoring construction progress
Reviewing installed quantities across the project
The report typically includes:
Pay item number
Pay item description
Quantities installed
Associated report entries
Project information
Contractor Labor Report
The Contractor Labor Report summarizes labor entries recorded in Pegasus Daily Reports.
Typical uses include:
Monitoring contractor workforce activity
Reviewing labor distribution across workdays
Tracking workforce levels on construction projects
The report typically includes:
Contractor name
Labor classifications
Number of workers
Work date
Associated daily report entries
How to Generate a Canned Report
Open a project and Select Analytics > Reports.
Locate the report you would like to generate. Select the Run Report button.
From the side panel menu, select a Start and End Date.
The PDF report will now download from your browser.
