Weāve added a Notification Center to Pegasus to help you stay on top of what mattersāwithout digging through emails, tabs, or updates across different screens.
Whether you're in the office or out on the job site, you can now track project updates, assignments, mentions, and system alertsāall in one place.
š What is the Notification Center?
The Notification Center is your centralized hub for all Pegasus alerts. It keeps you updated on:
ā Assigned tasks or reports
š Status changes for Field Reports, Tasks, Payments, Change Orders and more.
ā ļø System or access notifications
Think of it like your mission control panelāif something needs your attention, itāll show up here.
š” Why We Built It
Construction projects move fast. Emails get missed. Text threads get lost. Our users told us they needed:
A simpler way to track important activity
One spot to quickly catch up on what they missed
Fewer disruptions during their day
This update was built to reduce the noise and help you focus on what actually needs action.
š Where Youāll Find It
The Notification Center is available on both web and mobile versions of Pegasus.
On web: Click the šļø bell icon in the upper right corner
On mobile: Tap the bell icon in the bottom navigation bar
āļø How It Works
Use the bell icon at the top of the page in the toolbar header. The badge count displays the total number of unread notifications.
Real-Time Updates
Notifications are pushed in real-timeāno refresh neededādelivered via email, in-app, and push notifications(mobile app).Clickable Previews
Click on any notification to jump directly to the related record.Read/Unread Filters
Mark items as read or filter by unread so you never miss a thing.
š¤ Customization (Coming Soon)
For now, notifications are a global setting meaning you will receive notifications for all projects you have access to. Weāre working on the next version, where youāll be able to:
Customize which alerts you receive at the project level
Set preferences by project or role
Mute certain threads or types of notifications
Stay tunedāyour feedback will shape what comes next.

Q: Can I turn off notifications?
Yes. Navigate to the Settings page in My Profile to toggle notifications on/off.
Q: Will I still get email alerts?
Yesāyou can also receive in-app notifications (web) and push notifications (mobile). You can control how notifications are received by enabling all three options or disabling.
Q: Is this available to all users?
Yes. Every Pegasus user has access to the Notification Center and Notification Preferences.
