Quick Start Guide

The new Pegasus mobile experience is designed for users working from the job site. Job site locations without internet connection or spotty cellular service can interfere with project communication and operations.

Now users can collect and save data without internet connection and sync with the Pegasus cloud app when internet connection is restored. Get started with the Pegasus mobile by following the quick guides below:

Download the free "Pegasus Mobile" app

Once installed, open the app and log in using your Pegasus account credentials. If you don’t have an account or are unsure of your login details, contact our support team.

By checking the "Remember Me" box, your device will automatically log you in anytime you open the app.

After logging in successfully, all assigned projects will be displayed on the homepage. If you are having trouble finding a specific project, enter the project name into the search bar at the top of page.

Tap on the project you would like to open. You will be prompted to allow or decline offline project syncing. By allowing this feature, projects can be edited and viewed without internet connection. You can change your preferences anytime on the settings page.

Like the web application, the dashboard provides a project overview as well as weather conditions, contacts, and more. To expand project details, select the view more button.

Select the "Field Reports" tab on the bottom navigation bar. You can view, edit, and create new field reports on this page. To create a new report, tap the blue icon in the bottom right corner.

After selecting the desired template, you can begin filling out your report. When completed and ready to submit, tap the "Submit" button in the top right corner.

To manage settings, tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the home page. Here you can customize your preferences and permissions, such as enabling biometrics to log into the mobile app.

To manage storage and offline syncing, tap the storage listing in the settings menu. View device storage capacity as well as offline synced projects. You can free up storage on your device by disabling offline syncing for specific projects, or all projects. On the homepage, projects with offline syncing disabled will show a light grey cloud icon.
