Manage a User's License in Pegasus
Once you have added Pegasus licenses to your account from the Billing page it is important that you assign those licenses the relevant personnel. Users that need read/write access to projects in Pegasus must be assigned a license.
Users can be created in Pegasus without a license assigned, however they are blocked from accessing projects and have very limited functionality (Access to My Profile page and Admin Console, depending on the User Role).
Navigate to the Admin Console: Users page and select the row of the desired user within the data table. Optionally, create a new user if you have not created their profile yet.
Once the users has been created select the user from the Users table then select the Licenses tab. Select the desired licensing option:
Annual License: assigns a yearly license to the user, if available.
Monthly License: assigns a monthly license to the user, if available.
Unlicensed: this removes the license from the user
Select the Save User button when finished. You can modify available licenses and assigned users by repeating the steps above as needed. Select the Unlicensed option to Remove a license from a user.
